According to market watchers at Afi, the underlying core of prices, where prices have grown (slightly) year-on-year rate, is the reason for the overall fall. If Brent oil can be stabilized in the range of 60-70 basis points, then it is likely that inflation will remain negative until the second half of 2015 at least.
